PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Casting and seeking talent for "Unlearning Love," an Independent short film inspired by personal lessons learned by Victor.
Synopsis: When a man finds his woman and his subconscious has been programmed for temporary gratification of his woman, they embark on an unhealthy journey in their relationship, fighting cognitive dissonance and generational obstacles along the way. Longing for a prosperous relationship, the couple endures turmoil, pain, and long nights of uncertainty as they struggle to establish a healthy foundation for them to build on.
Themes: Melanated Love, Euphoric, Passionate, Natural, Educational
Production states: Funding is secured and voice-over script is complete. We are currently scouting locations. Distribution will be exclusive to our website and social media channels. We are not intending on entering festivals but may reconsider after production.

Looking for athletic male and female actors with richly melanated skin tones and natural hair (including afros, locs, braids, curls, coils, or unprocessed textures).

Crew
1 Gaffer/PA Hybrid
1 Drone Pilot
DATES & LOCATIONS
Shoots early June either on June 1st, 2nd, 8th or 9th, in Los Angeles.
COMPENSATION & CONTRACT
Both talent will receive $100 (est. 1-3 hours of filming)
Crew will receive $100 each (est. 1-3 hours of filming)
